A 'Scatered' Holiday (pronounced 'skay tered') is cross between fully catered and self catered board. We found that our clients wanted flexibility whilst enjoying the luxury of service so we have devised a holiday that provides the best of both worlds.

Over the years so many of our loyal clients have been telling us that having staff in the chalet morning and night can be intrusive. Having 4 course evening meals regimentally served at 8pm is not only too much food, but disruptive to their basic relaxation. |
|

So the crux of our 'Scatered' Service is the art of balance. |
|
|
|

| |
We provide the basics of breakfast, afternoon tea, cleaning with bath robes, maxi towels and mid week towel change and complimentary toiletries but we serve dinner on 3 of the 7 nights of your stay. This allows you to do what you like the rest of the week. We don’t mind if that means eating in and cooking yourself or eating out. Its up to you. And we are happy to book your restaurants for you and help you make the decision where to go and what to eat.
Menus are sent out prior to arrival to allow you to choose your food at leisure, prior to arrival. We steer clear of the set menu formula. We have two menus; = a Modern and a Traditional menu to cover all options, ingredients and types of food. You can also choose your wine (red or white) prior to arrival and we offer the option to buy more to top up supplies.
The fact you can choose your food prior to arrival and the colour of your wine, is a vast improvement on the traditional approach. |

We serve a starter, main course, dessert or cheese course, fresh coffee and chocolates. Wine is based on half a bottle per person per night and we purchase quality wine we are happy to drink ourselves! |

Who wants to wake up and have to worry about going to the bakery and preparing breakfast before skiing? We do it all for you. Breakfast served in your property is the only stress free way to start your day. |

We serve on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning:

- A selection of freshly baked croissants & pain au
chocolates
- Butter & jams
- French bacon & egg
- Breakfast cereal
- Selection of yoghurts

Afternoon Tea |

Return to your chalet after a hard days skiing to find tea and cake ready to eat. A home baked cake with bread and jams are left out on the dining table for you to help yourself to. Tea and coffee are prepared in the kitchen and left out for you to serve yourselves. |

Daily Clean |
|
|
| |
Beds made, bathrooms cleaned, sofas puffed, bins emptied, kitchen clean and tidy, fire prepared for your return - there is nothing better than returning to a pristine chalet after a full day on the slopes. On 6 mornings we clean the property once you have left for skiing. |

|
Towels and Bath Robes |
|

Larger bath towels are provided to those supplied with self catered board. We also change bath & hand towels and bath mats mid week. A luxury anyone would appreciate. Bath robes are also included allowing you to wrap up in one of our fluffy robes following a long, relaxing bath. |

Complimentary L’occitane toiletries |
|

We choose to provide a French brand of toiletries called L’occitane in all our ‘scatered’ properties. We supply 50 ml bottles of the Verbena shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner and individually wrapped Verbena shea soaps. |

Other Extras |

Tissues are provided in the bathrooms, as well as unlimited toilet rolls. |
