60€ per child under 10 years old and 30€ in la Rôtisserie.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WINTER SEASON 2005/2006

This is 7 days although shorter periods may be granted on request.
CREDIT CARDS
The following cards are accepted: Visa American Express Diners
MasterCard JCB. Personal cheques are not accepted.
CANCELLATION
More than 30 days before arrival date: The deposit will be refunded by cheque
in Euros less 150 euros administration fee per room or suite.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: The whole deposit or pre-payment amount
will be forfeit.
For any shortening of stay or early departure the full deposit shall be kept
by the hotel (Article 1690 of the Civil Code).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check in is available up to 18:00, a late arrival has to be notified at the
time of reservation. Rooms are available from 16:00 and must be checked out
by 12:00. Late check out, where possible and on request, is charged at €15 per hour.
ROOM ALLOCATION
While we make every effort to respect a guests room preference, under
no circumstances can we guarantee a particular room number, or floor or style
of decoration.
HOTEL OPENING AND CLOSURE DATES
The hotel is open from 3rd December 2005 until the 8th May 2006, subject to
change.
DISPUTES
Any objections or complaints should be addressed to the hotel by registered
letter, return receipt requested, within 10 days of the customers departure.
This agreement is governed by French law. All disputes not settled out of court
by the parties will be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction in Valence
(26 000) France.
