Located at the bottom end of town in the Crystallines buiidling this 38 sq m property packs a punch for any seasonal ski lover.  Ground floor with entry directly in to the main room = kitchen, living, dining area.  

The kitchen has a 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle big fridge with a small freezer, dishwasher (small) and breakfast bar with 2 stools plus a dining table with bench seating for up to 6 if needed. 

A L-shaped sofa sits in the corner and a wall mounted French TV is available for us.  

The double room has an en-suite shower, wall mounted TV, washing machine in the room too and storage.  This room does not have a window.  

A separate shower room with sink is located just off the kitchen plus a separate WC next door.  

A guest room has a sofa bed that is single or folds out to a double (as shown in the picture).  This could also be used as an office as it has a small desk.  

The property is on the ground floor and has access to a balcony and further space beyond.
