THE FACTS: Studio apartment with set of bunks and sofa bed in sitting room for 1 or 2 people, bathroom with separate WC, open plan living/kitchen/dining.

DESCRIPTION: Great location, just off the nursery slopes in the old village sector of Val. this makes Rogoney an easy ski in, ski out location.  This building is very close to our Haut de Rogoney  property but they are not in the same block.

To start skiing, you can either pole across to the Solaise or Bellevarde lifts or if you are feeling very lazy, pole a few yards to the button lift and cruise down to the lifts. It has been known! The location is  within a minutes walking distance to the town centre so in terms of position, it couldn't be better.

The entrance hall has a good sized cupboard to house clothing and ski kit. This main room houses as set of bunks against the left hand wall and a sofa against the end wall. The sofa sleeps one person on the top section and another by pulling out the mattress from underneath.  This can remain on the floor or pop up to the same height as the sofa.  If you prefer two sets of bunks, this is possible on request. 

The dining table has a built in bench one side and chairs the other, suitable for up to 4 people. The kitchenette includes a two ring hob, small oven, fridge, sink and food cupboards.
