DESCRIPTION: Great location, just off the nursery slopes in the old village sector of Val, which makes Rogoney an easy ski in, ski out location. To start skiing, you can either pole across to the Solaise or Bellevarde lifts or if you are feeling very lazy, pole a few yards to the button lift and cruise down to the lifts. It has been known! The location is also within a minutes walking distance to the town centre so in terms of position, it couldn't be better.

The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor of entrance C. There are 3 entrances, A,B,C. It is a simple apartment with a bathroom with bath, shower attachment, shower curtain, sink & WC. The bed arrangements = a set of bunk beds in the entry as you come in to the left and a door separates the hall from the main room that houses a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, & dining table. A small balcony is accessed off the main room.

The kitchen is separate with a hatch through to the living/dining and comes equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils for up to 4 people and has a 2 ring hob, under counter fridge, microwave size oven, sink and plenty of storage.
