DESCRIPTION: This apartment makes full use of the available space with ample storage and facilities for a keen skiing family. Location is right in the centre of town, on the main street, just down from the cinema. It is on the front of the Cimes building so it does come with mountain views as well as a small balcony that faces South.

As you walk in there are plenty of cupboards, one housing a ski boot warmer so everything is there to house coats, ski gloves, hats etc.. etc.. There is also a cupboard housing a washing machine in the hallway.

Straight ahead down the hall is the master bedroom that has an interesting set up. The double bed faces the window so you wake up in the morning, drawer the curtains and you look out to the mountains. Behind the bed is a wooden shelf with lamps on and behind that is a glass wall that houses the bathroom behind it. This includes a bath with shower attachment and glass panel, WC, heated towel rail and basin. Again there is ample storage in the two rooms.

There is a separate WC in the hall just outside the main room that also includes a basin.
Once in the main room the living/kitchen and dining is open plan. The kitchen includes a proper sized oven (not microwave size), 4 ring electric hob, larger than under the counter sized fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink with draining board and all the utensils you should need for a self catered holiday.

The kitchen has a high work surface that separates the kitchen from the rest of the room. The dining table is the other side of the work surface with benches either side seating 6-8 people comfortably.
The sitting room part of the room includes a low sofa and 2 low chairs, French TV & video (all in one) plus DVD and CD radio stereo.

Off this room is the bunk bedroom & shower room. You enter the room and it splits, 2 bunks to the left, 2 to the right and the shower room in between. It is quite unusual with each bunk area having port holes that come through to the main room. The doorway is thinner than a regular doorway and there is only 1 accessible drawer under each set of bunks, hence having ample storage elsewhere in the property. The shower room is a corner shower unit with sliding doors and includes a tiled sink unit with a cupboard underneath it.

This is a quirky property with appeal
