1) For individual reservations: we require three nights deposit at the reservation and the balance payment 30 days before clients' arrival.
Cancellation policy: 30 days and more before clients' arrival: No fees
30 to 15 days before clients' arrival: 50% of the whole stay is due to the hotel
15 to 7 days before clients' arrival: 75% of the total stay is due
07 to 0 days: the whole stay is due to the hotel (deposit and balance payment are kept).

2) For group reservations: the deposits required are the following: 30% of the total invoice at the reservation,
30% , 60 days before group arrival
Final payment 1 month prior to arrival with definite rooming list.

Cancellation policy: - all the deposits required are non refundable for any cancellation occurring 30 days and more before group's arrival.
The full payment is owed (deposits and balance payment) for any cancellation occurring 30 to 0 days before group's arrival.
