General Sales Conditions
These rates are package prices, for the entireness of the reserved period
and stay, calculated on an irreducible basis of, at least, 7 days. Neither a
reduction on the package, nor on the price will be granted in case of shortened
or changed stay.
Our booking and cancellation policies are as following:
- for individual reservations : we require three nights deposit at the reservation
and the balance payment four weeks before client’s arrival.
Cancellation policy :
- Whenever any cancellation is noticed, the hotel keeps the deposit
- 30 to 0 days before clients’ arrival: the whole stay is due to the
hotel (deposit and balance payment are kept)
- for group reservations : the deposit required are the following : 10 % of
the total invoice at the reservation, 30 % on October 1st, then 30 % on November
1st and the final payment four weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy :
- Whenever any cancellation is noticed, all the deposits required to guarantee
the reservation remain non refundable
- In case of a cancellation occurring 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, the
final payment remains due.
